The 2021 Crosstrek gives shoppers the choice of two different engines, both providing a comfortable drive quality. Base trims feature a 152-horsepower horizontal engine with a six-speed manual transmission. However, the higher two trims feature a 182-horsepower engine with the Lineartronic® continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) and Subaru Intelligent Drive (SI-DRIVE). All trims feature Subaru Symmetrical AWD, with a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs.
